You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Certain items such as personal care & beauty products (for hygiene reasons) and customized items are non-returnable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The return request is made after 7 days.
The product has been used, damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error.
Items fall under non-returnable categories (e.g., opened beauty products, hygiene-related items).
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
