• International shipping: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

• Rameen Rayles is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Re-shipment fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos as proof.

• In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
